4. Drafting, sorting and submission of project feasibility study report and project initiation proposal;
5. Lead or cooperate with the company's R&D team to complete project development, design and verification;
6. Set up a project team to complete the project tackling work;
7. Cooperate with the requirements of government departments at all levels to timely submit relevant investigation data or statements;

1. Only male, under 35 years old, master's degree or above, major in materials (inorganic materials, silicate), semiconductor materials, physical chemistry, etc;
2. Excellent graduate students with 1-2 years of equivalent work experience or 1-2 years of equivalent work experience are also acceptable;
3. CET-4 or above, outgoing and innovative;
4. Experience in research of high-performance inorganic materials is preferred.
